This pub re-opened on 18th February 2023 with new management and some changes to both the exterior and interior. It remains a Brakspear's pub. The pub is busier at lunchtime with the garden doubling as a smoking area and having received much attention by mid-2019 after another change of licensee. It supports typical pub games teams with a Thursday night quiz. It was the winner of Brakspear's 'Community Pub of the Year 2015' award. One of the group's few London outlets. Sparse but decent décor. On a June 2023 visit a cask of Brakspear Gravity was on sale.
