Closed from 28/03/2022 for a period of around 2 years, while the existing premises in Trocoll House is rebuilt and extended.

This was a busy town-centre Wetherspoon pub, close to Barking Station and many bus routes, popular with locals and passing commuters alike. There were 12 handpumps with a mix of regular and changing beers, including four or five regulars, which may be on more than one handpump, and up to seven changing beers. Food was served all day from opening time until 11pm; alcohol from 9am. Muted TV screens show rolling news and occasional sport.
