Conveniently close to the station, the Railway is both comfortable and welcoming - well-behaved dogs are welcome too. The regular cask ales are supplemented by up to four guest ales, often chosen by one of the 'regulars'. There are occasional live music events as well as quiz nights. The pub has a darts team and has close links to Banstead Downs Golf Club.
