Renovated both inside and out February 2025; a well equipped garden is ready for any kind of weather. Reported December 2025 now open with new management and real ale available.

The pub has two completely separate rooms both accessed from the street and one with a garden entrance. They boast several unique features such as a fireplace in the right-hand bar, curved bay windows etched with representations of a wheatsheaf and art nouveau style flowers and brown glazed brick facing.
