The Plough Inn is a historic Grade II listed public house situated in the heart of Norwood Green, opposite St Mary's Church. Local tradition suggests that a pub has stood on the site since around 1360, while the present timber-framed building dates largely from the 17th century, with later Victorian alterations. Inside, exposed wooden beams, low ceilings and original timber framing reflect the building's considerable age, alongside a more modern interior. Traditional features include horse brasses and a welcoming village pub atmosphere. To the rear is a spacious garden with extensive covered seating, providing an outdoor area suitable for year-round use. Both the original front entrance and the rear garden entrance remain open and in use.
