Formally the 'Roxie Steak & Tap' that closed in 2019. After a major refurbishment it reopened as 'The Rose & Lion' in early June 2025 as a games and entertainment pub. Drinks will include craft, cask and premium draught beers and ciders as well a selection of wines, spirits. Backed by Heineken owned Star Pubs' with an £520,000 investment, The Rose & Lion now under new management by local award-winning pub operators, Steve Orme and James Thomson who also manage the award-winning The Red Lion in Shepperton and Golden Grove in Chertsey.
