Once a workhouse, this pub consists of a wedge-shaped room with the bar against the far wall. There is a large lantern hanging from the centre of the beamed ceiling, and high tables and chairs. The first floor dining area, with its own bar, can be hired for functions. The wide food menu includes pub favourites, kids menus, Sunday roasts, veggie options, and lunchtime ciabattas.
