Former Taylor Walker pub and listed building. Closed in 2011 having reopened as a free house following a sensitive renovation with lots of wood and glass in late November 2006 after 16 years’ closure. Closed in 2011 - following redevelopment the pub was refurbished and reopened as part of Hotel Indigo.
