The Plough overlooks meadows close to the River Mole. The interior retains original features including low beams and a large fireplace with real fire. The main building dates from the 18th Century, although some parts are claimed to be older. It has been a funeral parlour and a butchers shop in its time. Recently refurbished and modernised with a restaurant feel but retains separate bar area. Occasional live music. Operates a loyalty scheme in conjunction with other Rarebreed sites.
