The ground floor has a traditional feel with wooden panelling and floorboards, with a mixture of booths, tables, high stools and subdued lighting. The upstairs has more of a refectory feel with long tables and a pizzeria which supplies the food. Six casks ale on a rotating basis, which will be predominantly be from Thornbridge brewery. Established in 1888, The Mildmay Club and Institute Union is one of the few surviving Club and Institute Union clubs in London. Trad Cider and Perry and occasionally bag in box unpasteurised beer too.

Stonegate have not disclosed to whom. On completion, the buyer is granting a new lease for pub use. There are plans to undertake refurbishment with the aim of reopening the pub soon, however, no reopening date has been stated. 9th May - builders are currently working in the pub.

The stadium is the host of the South East London CAMRA Beer Festival anually since 2024.

In a brief update posted 17/09/2025 Dulwich Estate advised they are in discussions with the council regarding the future use of the site. In 2026, a planning application was made by Dulwich Estate to demolish the building.

This is promoted as London's largest food hall spanning five floors, and with sixteen street-food kitchens, three dessert counters, and three bars. Keg beers only, of course. Market Place Leicester Square has a dedicated events space with big screens to show the biggest sporting events. There is also a private dining room available to rent, and a programme of events, featuring live music, DJ sets, and comedy. Home to comedy club, Belly Laughs. The second floor contains the Rocket Room, a competitive socialising space. Market Place is a small chain with half-a-dozen other London sites. Was previously part of a Marco Pierre White chain and promoted as a steak, pizza and gin outlet.
